another two hours in the shoe of a salesman’

Time: 7pm-9pm

Continuing from where I left in "ek sales ki gatha" I decided to spend my 2 hours with this sales man who is for me is a role model. being his regular customer this paan wala knows me pretty well. and he kows what exactly my likings are wen it comes to paan! as mentioned in my gaatha he maintains personal relations with each and every regular customer even after. in those 2 hours atleast 200 people visited his paan shop and 70%were regular to his shop and to my surprise mucchad paan wala remembers their personal preferences and gave them their customized paan. he also had a credit facility so i asked him how he builds this trust he says it comes with experience! "Hum ek nazar me aadmi phchaan jate hai". according to him a minimum of 2000 people visit his shop in a day! most of them come in the night as he is open till 3 am. he makes his infamous pan "banarasi paan" all day and keeps them in a refrigerator as there is so much of pressure later in the evening that he can't make them on the spot them. it was an experience spending 100 odd mins with sucha person who's  never been taught sales but is still the best sales man  for me.
