Recap of sessions 9 and 10 - Feb 14, 2012

Discounts and under pricing doesn't help in sales all the time

How do we manage channels?
-promoting and empathising is important
-we should be able to manage conflicts
-developing relations

The theme for the week is "Pitch karo Hit Raho"

The importance and necessity of sales pitch was discussed.

Pitching - hitting the customers only when required
- pitching can be anything which helps to sell a product

eg: For D-Mart, giving discounts is their pitch
