Three Hours in the shoes of a salesman.
PARAM DHABA: A Homely Environment

Whenever we go to any place may it be a restaurant, shop or anything else we want ourselves to be comfortable not only with the ambiance or services but also the relationship that they built with the owner.
Today I would like to share my experience and the unique selling concept at PARAM DHABA. It’s a small dhaba which is owned by a Punjabi family in kharghar. The dhaba looks like a small store but in that 3 hrs that I spent over there not just observing the working but also eating at the same time I noticed some interesting things at the store they were as follows:
Ø The main and the important thing about it was the family environment that you get. The concerned and caring nature of the owner was the best.
Ø At least for me when the owner call’s me Beta( Son) I really feel special and important I really makes me feel at home.
Ø Also whenever a customer shows any gestures with the food he is eating, the owner would personally come and ask if there is any problem with the food.
Ø And lastly the home food taste that the family renders makes the restaurant popular.
Another observation was when two customers came to the restaurant the owner asked them where is the third friend of yours and when they told her that she was not well, the aunty was so sweet she told her some homemade medicines which could be taken.
It was a great learning and also great food.
LEARNING
Ø Customer relationship can sometime override the ambiance and the hygiene.
Ø Customer relationship is important to retain customers and to have loyal customers.
