its about a beauty saloon name SIGNATURE near my hostel i spend three hours there and noticed how the people there treat and convince the customer to come to their saloon again and again. i went there in evening as most of the customers comes during that time only from 5p.m. to 8:30 p.m. their i noticed how make every customer feel special ..if a customers visit them for the hair cut they not only gives them the haircut but also suggest oil and shampoo for their hairs.at times if they do not get the product in the market they ask the saloon people to bring that product for them. the saloon people treat all the customers as if they are their friends and not only gives them the services they ask for but also gives them information about new products  and how that can product help them to look good. i also noticed that people who stays nearby sometimes comes for no reason but just to have some chit chat with the people in saloon.he owner of saloon also gives discount to their regular customers.
