In the shoes of Sales Man for 5 days (25-29th
January)
Selling the product is still better but I was selling the
Loyalty cards of Big-Bazaar, Interacting with the customers was the most
important aspect in selling the loyalty cards.
Pitching the customers at right time and right place was
very important, filling the forms while customer is shopping was one of the
difficult thing to over-come but I did it and was a very good experience.
The most important place for making the loyalty cards was
near cash counter where customers wait for their turn and where they are free
to interact for some time, so pitching during this time was very beneficial.
There were many female customers, and they were less
educated so it was difficult to explain about loyalty cards but still trying
again and again was successful strategy to achieve my target.
