I am writing about my own dad who is a great and a perfect salesman. I went to the shop with him and observe all the activities which he performs starting from talking to the customers conforming orders and then buying the grains in the auction at the right price and of good quality so that his customers will be totally satisfied with the quality of the products. He moves in the market from morning to evening to buy the product for his customers and then supplying that to them at right time and he also supply the order on credit as the price of the product is very high consists of approx 60 lacs so it is obvious to give the product on credit basis so that the customer will give more and more orders to him and he also talk to him regarding his family and all which give him the family feel and help to maintain long term relationship.
