Two Hours in a Shoe Of A Salesman


Last week I went to R city mall and there I spend 3 hours with a sales girl standing at lakme stall. It was a good experience being with her. She has been there from the past 1 year and working really good.  Her way of working is that good that she has maintained a good customer relationship.  Customer really trusts her.  Whenever the customer comes she greeted them with a smile and gave then the best possible details of the product. She gives the offer information in such a way that customers mostly get attracted towards it.
Whenever the new product comes she gives them the information about it and customers easily buys them as they trust whatever she says.  She has successful implemented the procedure of customer relationship. In what so ever way she approached the customer it was always Genevieve and valid. She never gave the fake information to the customers.
