 2 hours in the shoes of a salesman
This is about a salesgirl in shoppers stop. She is a brand staff for Ocean which produces glasses. She is confident and smart as far as handling the customers and sales is concerned. Best thing about her is cross selling skills. Such that how she pulls the customers from other brands to purchase her brand by telling them that how her brand is more superior than others in quality, price etc.
She has some loyal customers who are foreigners. They visit her section 2 twice a month and make it a point they purchase few products.
There was an incidence where a corporate person had come to purchase glasses for an event. While he was checking other brands and other brand staff were not present, she convinced him to buy her brand as it is the best brand in the store. He purchased products worth a lakh from her.
She is very dedicated to work and loves being in the sales field as she possesses the quality of convincing people.
