Last week i went to hiranandani and met with panipuri wala. First of all i asked some personal to him like about his hometown,family and how he had struggled in his carrier.after spending 2 hours with him i analyse that he has many regular customer who used to come to eat panipuri at his stall its just because his friendly behaviour, better taste and quality,and giving best service to his customers.
I analysed that how he maintain his ragular customer ? Generally he used to give 5 panipuri in a plate but for his loyal customer he server an extra panipuri to maintain a good relationship with customer.He also told me “ Customer is like a God” for him. So, he wil do anything and everything to give the best service to his coustomer.
Last but not the least, i found that there are too many compititor over there besides that he is able too maintain his sales. He said- “to give a better taste to my customer is not an easy job for this i have to make an all effort to attaract the customer and maintain good relationship with them”.
