IN THE SHOE OF A SALESMAN


This is a story of sales man in Shoppers stop who was working as brand employee in Wrangler brand. This person is working as a salesman from last 2 years. In these 2 years he had a wonderful experience in selling denim. He know which type of people like which type of denim if any young customer comes he will show which is stylish and if any young person comes and ask him give him the plain color denim he understands the customer requirement  that this customer is not so fashionable he likes only the traditional denim. This gives us how a sales man understands the customer and customizes his services according to the customer requirement. Not only tells about denim he will tell which type style will suite the customer body fit where the customer don’t know about styles in fittings he may be able to know which type of fitting will suite him and from the next time the customer will ask the same brand and same fitting  again. I have spent with this sales man on 8th Feb. 2012 time:3pm to 5 pm
