Venue – Big Bazaar
This is the story of a Mr. VIJAY, Department manager in big-bazaar. 10 years ago he started working as a house-keeping staff in big bazaar, after sometime he was promoted to security Incharge, then to desk staff.....after promotions on promotions today he is working as a department manager in big bazaar.
I spend 2hours with him. I found him very interactive .He is a pleasant personality and works to provide his customer full satisfaction. He likes to spend time with customers, solving their various problems and providing them all services that he can provide. He understands his customer’s needs and demands very well...and try to fulfil their needs. He welcomes all customers with smiling face and says....’ Customers are our God’. Not only his customers but he all treats people working under him very nicely.
With all these qualities only he is able to achieve what he is today. He devoted his whole life to sales. After 6 months he is going to be awarded by Gold medal for his services which he is providing to Big-bazaar from last 10 years.
