One day is the shoe of sales men

I met a sales person who runs hostel canteen while i was talking and spending my time with him. one thing i realize that he tries to built relationship with his customers he asks them what they like and what they dont like so that they can keep that product in canteen. also he tells to customers about new products he brings to canteen. he also provide credit facility to students. he also plays table tennis with students which help to build relations with students. overall it was nice experience when i chatted with him and i learned great lesson from him.
