Sandesh Sharma


It’s a real story of my cousin and the experience what I had when I visited his shop is amazing and whenever I think about a great salesman, his picture comes to my mind. I want to share my experience with him so here goes his story:
Keshav is the owner of Dairy products shop.  It was well established business in the city, they have very broad customer base. Getting good sales from the shop lead Keshav decided open a shop in other part of his city. The place he decided was high street with lot of sales but as he can handle only one shop. So he decided put workers on new shop and he will be handling his old shop. The people whom he hired are not so good with customers also his new shop is facing competition. Soon his shop start making loss and Keshav was in loss now. After deep thought process he thought what went wrong. All he found that it’s because his great salesman skills he had that made his older shop successful. He himself took charge of the new shop and start focusing on selling. The moment customers come to his shop; he greets and talks to them so nicely that customers feel an emotional connect. His communications skills are so great that everybody feel connected to him and best part is there is no fake smile and greetings he bears in his personality. He actually cares for his customer and asks them about their life and family. The best salesman quality what he possess is his humors nature that not only adults, kids got in happy mood when they come to his shop. The motive he had in mind to make his every customer smile as they approach to his shop. Soon he build such strong relationship with his customers that people all other shop near to him start making losses. Keshav new shop is again started making great turnover. I can’t explain his great salesman skill in words but we can learn a lot from him.
