This is a story of a salesman RAJ who is working in shoppers stop as a LEVI"S brand staff. He started his career as normal salesman in thakkar mall with a salary of 3500 in 2007. Now he is getting a salary of 10000 and incentives 4000 around. in this four years journey he learn t how to make customer happy with his service. In the starting he felt bore because he don't know any thing about how to attend the customer how to explain about the product. with the experience he got in two years in thakkar mall he joined LEVI"S brand staff in central mall, Vashi . In normal days also he used to sell around 20000 to 25000 where other brand people were not able to sell that much. But the salary given to him is very less when he was joined in central mall. He wanted to join other company, then LEVIS company has offered him the same brand staff job in shoppers stop with ten thousand salary. The company don't want loose this employee because they know his capability, after giving him the same post in shoppers stop everyday LEVI"S brand is the topper in sales.
In this four years he learn t how to sell the product to different customers. the sales will be depend up on how we receive the customer and how we explain about the product, so the customer feel happy after using the product and comes again and again. because of this attitude only he got extra money also from the customers as a gift two times.
