 A SALESMAN KNOWS WHAT TO SALE WHERE TO SELL AND WHEN TO SELL
This is story of  a person who is a ideal person for me .he is a great stretegist and having great knowledge of  customer satisfaction and its effect on business and sales. In 1999 a graduate from an engineering college and got a job in IBM but after some time his father passed away so he needed to come back to his home city where his mother lived to take care of her so he left his company and returned back.
                                                                                                 After his arrival he found that there is no good job oppertunity in this city but he had to start some work for living but he had a dream to start his own hotel chain so he started to collect money to fullfill his dream so he started to work with local cable channel to solve his network problems.later on he started his own local channel and came with the idea of selling the slot for advertisement so he made a boom for small businessman and earned enough money to start his own business.
                                                              So he started his hotel in 2005 named as 'TAJ HOTEL' at the heart of the city but he had to fight with local well established hotels.So he needed to sell his product.Later on he made a small servey or got an idea about his competitors that they are very bad in his service and often customer face problems.so he decided to give good  service to customer but he was not sure how to make them visit his hotel so he started to meet personally each and every person of his city which supposed to be his target customer  and sold them his product apparently because after that approx 70 to 80 % customer returned back and his business rose to a good level.He look like a good business man but he is a great salesman from his soul.His name is MAJID ASLAM from PANNA and now he own a 2 hotel one in PANNA and one in KHAJURAHO.
