Hum sab Salu hai

I had spent my 2 hours with the paanwalla chachsa on cafe 9. It was a sunday, that is the 12th of february. From what i've noticed he has lots of loyal customers especially students. He spends a lot of time interacting with the customers not for business but actually likes it from what i've noticed. He keeps accounts for his loyal customers as he allows credit and that helps him retain his customers everytime. He also tries to help his customers in every way he can as he has lots of contacts and he has even helped people find flats through his contacts. He always shows a smiling face whenever customers are mean to him, but dosent hold back if things get out of hand.
                           Almost every smoker in our college knows the paanwalla chacha, and love to visit his store everytime thanks to his vast knowledge and experience in sales. When asked what motivation he gets to come back and sell everyday, he did not say because he needed to feed his family etc etc, but happily said i just love interacting with you kids and selling most of all.
