i want to discuss about my uncle mallikarjuna rao who is a owner of mr chitfunds,he is successfully running the business from 15 years.
when ever i had been to home for holidays i use to go with him for collections and reverse bidding at his office.
Basically chitfund business runs on building trust among customers for giving money in huge by installment base.
One day when i went with him for collections i experienced one incident where he is discussing with customer about plans of chits ,here the other person who is a friend of customer asked details and got a doubt about commission sharing and profit distribution ,here spontaneously my uncle responded by showing actual payment receipts of his clients and pending payments of customers.
On that day he told one sentence"cheating kiyatho ek din jeethega magar sahi kiyatho har din jeethega"
