One day in a shoe of salesman
I had spent two hour with salesman at the
local pan wala shop. I had notice most of his customer are regular customer, so
he keep care of taste of each customer. He also interacts with each customer like
asking about their personal life. He also shares his personal life with some of
the customer. By interacting with customer he is having loyal customer. There
was Television at his shop which also attract customer during various occasion
like during cricket match number of customer get increased.
To his regular customer he also provides
credit facility. He also provide home delivery service to very few of the
customer, those are very near to his shop.
Interacting with customer, taking care of the taste of customer, home
delivery, credit kind of things make his customer satisfied. And also add value
to his business.
