It is the story of the salesman
who sales Wig, his name is Ashok he is from Kolkata but from past 14 years he
is in Mumbai. This is the only source of earning for him and he is quite good
in that. Apart of selling he is also good in manufacturing Wig. He works under
some company, and he also does freelancing.
He is having two sons. He is struggling hard to give good education and
good life to his family. He enjoys his work and he is very much perfect in that
he want to start his own business.
He purchase hair from the salon or beauty parlors, he told me that this business
is very profitable business. He purchases hair at the cost of 10,000 to 50,000
Rs per KG. Then he processed the hair at home, processing like he conditioned
the hair putting cream etc. So that he can charge good money from customer.
Then after preparing Wig they sold that at the profit of 50%-100% , depending
upon the customer. If customer is high end customer then they charge
accordingly. He always carry his product sample with him. He also supply his
product to film industry.
He gets the customer basically from his contacts. He get the call from
the customer then he visit at customer place and shows his sample to the
client. If customer likes his product then he prepares the Wig according to
customer demand. He said “I got most of the business due to the positive word
of mouth”,”aur jab maal accha hota hai tho customer baar baar aata hai”. So if
your product is good enough then it will definitely sell.
