ONE DAY IN A SHOE OF SALESMAN

Hello friends I am going to share my experience with a salesman. I have already posted about that personality, Imran. I was his shop at 1 hr. today only. He was busy with his customers and told me to sit. I was seeing him applying marketing formulas …….

1.  Understand customer needs and demands.
2.  Fulfills their needs (If negotiation required).
3.  Smiling face during the whole days.

Because he has a scent shop so he asked what your budget is then he started showing them products as per customer requirement. He did not know this marketing concept but applying. And it was a quite a great experience for me learning practical things. He was not bothered to show his maximum products to customers.

I asked why?
And he answered me:- future customers.
