From Wheel Cart To Showroom:
His journey started from Ajmer to Surat. Ajmer, a city known for its Muslim pilgrim for the shrine or Dargah and Surat the city of diamond and textile. Name Arun, a cloth trader. Started its business from DIGI bazaar Ajmer and stopped by opening a showroom in Surat.
He started selling dress material in a cart. Pulling it all over Ajmer streets. Shouting like a paper man who ask for Radii. Days passed. With his sharp memory and skillful voice he made some customers. He shifted from cart to a small store in the area where he found his regular customer. Time passed he got over through new ideas like discounts to loyal customer. Explored and for his customers he asked them as what is in the trend and what their taste is. Later he found that Surat has the market of the same. Shifted to Surat. 1st he was into retail but later he started with wholesale. Started with export in nearby cities like Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Ajmer, etc. with the help of good supply chain he started with exporting in countries like Dubai, south Arabia etc. Now the man owes a showroom of garments in Surat. 
Some of the factors which made Arun succeeded were: Encourage: his insatiable hunger for growth, knack for innovation and availability new avenues in the market.Manage: 1st he used to sell alone, then after getting into shop kept two helpers and with the help of his current knowledge shifted to Surat and started exporting.Tactics: started from street to mall shows the creativeness of Arun.Communication skills: Arun knew it what are his customer needs and taste. So by its convincing power he used to show the customer their taste of cloth. During the time Arun lost his original voice as he used to shout in the streets of Ajmer. Even today his voice is sharp.
