ONE DAY IN A SHOE OF
SALESMAN

Hello friends I am sharing my live experience with a
salesman, Vinod. He is graduate and working as a salesman last three years. He
is in shoe section in Malad Inorbit. I spent two hours with him after taking
permission by DM (Department Manager). He was a very pleasant personality and
interactive also. We always learn that customer satisfaction is necessary and I
saw there that how to deal with customer.
I saw that he was asking customer name and called him/her
sir or ma’am. He was not a Retail student but he learnt practically that it
would be effective to call customer by their names. He was introducing products
to customers as he is going to buy that product for himself. And customers were
also very happy.
One thing I noticed him that he was also helping them
those who were asking him for different section. After spending him two hours I
out came with a puma sneaker.
I influenced by his qualities these are…………
1. His
Pleasant face during the day.
2. Call
customers by their names.
3. Helping nature.
