Hello friend now i am sharing my experience with a salesman. He is a broker.me also take room from this broker. His name is raju. He have a small office in kendriya vihar .he always very talkative and very smiling face. He never fell bored. Each and every customer he gave the time and find out which type of room he required. And ask ask price range. Then he told that my broking charge ......Actually when he saw the customer and understand that he is price conscious or not. Then he also told to the customer features of the room and agreement, brokerage fees etc. Then if customer thinks that he want to saw the room features. After that raju seeing the room .three things take away from raju-one is tells everything in brief with his smiling face. 2nd one is keep patience. And third one is kidding with customer. He told me if i kidding with customer, customer never feel bored. This is the great learning for me. And also he told that those who are not satisfied now there is a chance they are my future customer.
