Ratnesh Pandey


There is only one way, to get anybody to do anything. And that is by making the other person want to do it and that is SALES .


It all happened on saturday when i went to search a man whom i can really call a Salesman and my search for a real salesman begun at Kharghar and it ends in Vashi in Inorbit  mall my intention was just to spend a good time there but me and couple of my frends entered a store in the mall suddenly a man gained my attention in the store his name is Shobhit Rastogi he was a salesman in that store and talking with him for couple of minutes i realised that he  can  be a person whom i can really call a salesman because of his skill and techniques to handle the customer and make him buy then i begun with my list of questions with him .
                                He is from a small town in Uttar Pradesh (Khatauli) and come to Mumbai after visiting Meerut , Dehli and Pune he shared his all kind of experiences about his journey he is working from last 7 years in the same field without getting any degree he is right now the Team leader and under him there are around 10 people. He told me about what kind of customer he deals with and he also told me that sales is all about convincing the people and its all about how u do that he told me how he did that was loyality with the customer he always try and build a relation  with the customer so that he visit the store again he also told about when he faces the customer of who are very irritating he told me that its always not about sales but it is about how u treat your customer he strictly follows the policy of (CUSTOMER IS GOD) and he strictly follows this policy .
                                Then he told about his journey believe me it was not easy as i listened to him i can understand that it was too hard for him  to reach his goal the initial struggle begun at his own family where his parents was not supporting him he told me that he was not that good at studies and from his SSC he realised that there is only one thing that he can do is sales beacuse he was good at it and he proved that after that he told about his experiences about working in Delhi and other places where he worked for these years he also worked for 15 hours a day without even taking a break he tells that he was also the best salesman for consecutively for one year .
                                   And finally after talking to himi realised that  he had proved it to himself, and was ready to prove it to the world -- including his parents   and the people who criticesd him for opting sales as his profession and working at what he did better than anyone else in the world, is Sales .
