                            STORY OF A TEA SELLER
BHOPENDREP PATEL a tea seller who has a tea shop at dahisar in Mumbai. He started his business in 1997 at the age of 13, in a shop near Marine line where he was earning Rs.1000. But he had so many responsibilities which he was not able to handle with his salary. So he went back to his village and brought Rs.70000 says initially he was very short tempered but then he realized on loan with which he started a tea shop at bhivandi. But even this was a failure; this salesman did not loose hope. He at a point was disappointed but was courageous enough to some how gather Rs.15000 and took a shop on rent and again started his tea business. He initially was a very short tempered person he realized that this was affecting his sales. So he controlled his temper and also made an effort to make much better tea. Now he has high sales. He says patience is the most important quality of a salesmen which every salesperson should try and adopt. Also he says that one should always provide quality service  to his customers he also added that as a salesperson one should take feedback as he does from his customer about the quality of the tea sometimes people give very harsh comments but he takes that sportingly and tries to overcome his drawbacks.
