Story of Two Salesmen.

This is the story of Praful Bhanushali a.k.a Praful Bhai and  Kannaji Bhanushali a.k.a Kannu Bhai.Their ages being 35 years and 40 years resp. These 2 brothers run a kiraana store in Hiranandani Estate, Thane named as HARI OM TRADERS. Around  7 years ago they had started thier 1st kiraana store in Goregaon with the name of Hari Om Traders which worked quitewell but in about 3 years they decided to shift their kiraana in Hiranandani Powai. There they saved enough to run their family which consisted of their 2 other brothers, their wives, children and parents. It ran pretty well there, infact its still running pretty well and is run by one of their cousin brothers. But they wanted to expand their business and decided they would open up a store in Thane. Again in Hirandani Estate. When asked, why Hiranandani Estate, Praful Bhai replied, " We're quite in love with the buildings of Hiranandani and also we wanted our business to be in a complex. We just love the surroundings as they are beautiful and most importantly peaceful".

They started of just about 3 months ago and now they have been doing pretty well. Initially they did have a problem but with their positive attitude  and jolly nature, they started getting more and more sales. I also asked them if they had any problems starting off their business. They said they did have problems in Goregaon. But in hiranandani and thane, they did a very good job and still doing so.

Me, living here in hiranandani estate for the last 3-4 years have seen other kiraana stores just next to Hari Om Traders. But they just won all the customers by providing them timely services. I noticed what is different in them and the other stores, is just that they have a very good nature and are quite helpful. He also said, that, "The motive behind good sales are keep up a positive attitude, communicate well with your customers and most importantly, always keep your them happy and never let them down".
