I Interviewed person named nilesh pahade . he is now a branch manager in bajaj Allianz in a small town of maharastra. He is just a graduate B.com and his journey of selu started 10 years back. In this period he worked at different businesses right from working from a local saree shop to gift shop and starting business and after due certain losses in business he joined bajaj Allianz as an insurance agent.
I asked how he reached here and how he managed to get a business and how he handeled a stress in insurance industry?? To this he responded to me his journey he said in his town and while working at shop he came to know different persons in his town and through this contact and through his networking skills he started generating business and at same time tie he used to study and give examz for promotion and at same he always tried to meet the deadlines of sales target given by his boss. Thus gradually he starting giving business and meeting the targets in mean time he also got promoted to sales manager position due to his better performance. He also said he recently got promoted to branch manager for this he got promoted because he had done business of 2crores in last four years for this reason he got promoted and he also said how he handles the stress??he says that in this if u have to work smartly and with honesty and meet deadlines and continuously and u always have to say yes to ur bosses. I also asked him does he get business from his old client repeatedly and how u made this possible?? To this he replied in simple words that this is service industry u have to give a customer service at any point of time means 24/7 so that they have trust on you.
Really after listening his journey in sales career in his life I was amazed and shocked how he managed his life and the sales and guy who is just a bcom can also reach to this height
